Defiance Project
The Defiance Project – Black Township (Gold, Copper, Zinc Prospect)
The Defiance Project is located in Black Township, and borders Defiance Peak mountain, which is an historic gold occurrence area. With modern day gold prices, and limited advanced exploration conducted in the past, these areas warrant further exploration. Although this prospect is of importance, the Company will currently be directing its full exploration efforts toward the Golden Target Project.
Some key benefits of this project include:
Mining friendly jurisdiction. Located between the Cadillac-Larder Lake Fault Zone and Destor-Porcupine fault Zone
Exploration permits, and Aboriginal agreements ongoing
The Company’s Defiance Project consists of a block of mining lands, consisting of 15 active mining claim cells, both mining rights and surface rights
Expansion of the claims base is ongoing, to expand the Gold and base metals prospects
Mining rights and surface rights are 100% owned by GMEI
Local infrastructure in place, including easy access by highway, dirt and log roads, electricity, water, crusher mills, rail, manpower, and a local mining town
Focus placed on geophysics and drilling to discover, analyse, and potentially quantify economic resources, in an effort to maximize shareholder value, while preserving cash
