Frank Dusome

President, CEO, COO, Director

As one of the founders, Frank Dusome was instrumental in the initial and ongoing growth of the Company. Frank is a true outdoorsman and in his element in the deep forests of Northern Ontario. He is an Aboriginal Citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO), attributed to his First Nation family ancestry. In the past, he has worked on the Lands & Resources Committee of the MNO, on Impact Benefit Agreements and MOU’s. Frank has 30 years of experience in major project and business management. From his experience in bullion sales, metals research, and mining exploration, he is knowledgeable in the field of precious metals. Frank has significant superintendent experience in major construction projects, large-scale base metal recycling, and aluminum smelting operations. Frank has been working toward aiding other companies as an Indigenous Advisor, in their efforts associated with the Crown’s Duty to Consult Aboriginal Groups.

Dan Shepherdson, CPA

Executive Vice President, CFO, CAO, Corporate Secretary, Director

As another of the founders, Dan establishes and maintains the corporate governance, financial and administrative procedures of the Company. Dan has provided many public and private companies with senior financial management services for more than 35 years. As CFO, he offers extensive knowledge of financial reporting, compliance requirements, and corporate governance best practices. As well as numerous business start-ups and executive participation across various sectors, he has been involved in precious metals and mining exploration for thirteen years.   Dan is a professionally designated CPA, as well as a Professional Director, Accredited Director, and Global Competent Board Director (ESG), and sits on several not-for-profit, private, and public entity boards.

Nicky Dusome

Director

Nicky Dusome possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and is also an Ontario Certified Teacher. She has a diverse background that includes engineering, education, and over 20 years of customer relations. Her commitment and dedication to assisting the Board, and its decision-making processes for the Company, ensures that GMEI continues to grow and succeed.

Ameen Sait

Director

Ameen is a security, consulting, and project management professional, with 25+ years experience in information technology verticals, having worked at a senior executive level in Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. Recently Ameen finished a 14 year stint with IBM Canada and is now an independent director.

Dave Walker

Director

Dave Walker is a professional business entrepreneur. He has 30 years of hands-on field experience, combined with strategic corporate dealings in the exploration drilling industry, including diamond drilling for various mining companies around the world. Dave began his career as a driller’s helper, after completing the drilling program at Sir Sandford Fleming College. Dave’s company, Walker Drilling Ltd, has expanded considerably over the years. He now has three offices worldwide, with over 180 employees. His experience and contacts in the mining industry will provide a positive impact to GMEI in the advancement of the exploration initiatives of the company.

Doug Maikawa

Director

As an entrepreneur, Doug brings many years of business experience gained from establishing successful business ventures in the manufacturing, construction, and trades industry, including major project planning and management, corporate development, governance and Board experience, and the development and implementation of policy and procedures.

Brandon White

Director

As a co-founder, Brandon brings over 30 years of experience in project management, as well as over 13 years of expertise in precious metals business development. He has an experienced understanding of the gold markets, gold industry and analysis. As the owner of ‘Your Gold Coach’, he continues to aid and educate people in methods for the purchase, acquisition and retention of precious metals, as well as for registered (RRSP) accounts. Brandon’s breadth of knowledge in the gold business will help to guide GMEI.

 


PROFESSIONAL GEOLOGISTS AND TECHNICAL PERSONNEL:

Scot Halladay, P.Geo., Qualified Person

Scot acts as an Independent Geological Consultant to the Company. He has 35+ years experience in exploration and mining in Canada, US, Greenland for Gold, NI, CU, PGEs, VMS, CU, ZN, PB, AG, Gold and strategic/industrial minerals such as cobalt, graphite) 15+ years with Falconbridge Ltd as Mine Geologist and Senior Exploration Geologist, both surface and underground at Kidd Creek, Hoyle, Raglan, Sudbury (Craig, Onaping and Lockerby in 6 u/g mines). Owner, Halladay Geological Consultants & Services. Contractor to many mining and environmental cos, and Hydro One.

**Scot is an Independent consultant to GMEI, working in the capacity as Qualified Person, as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Ted (John) Lang

Lead Hand

Ted is a Field Guide and Geologic Assistant who has worked for many companies in mining exploration over the years. During work programs, Ted maintains the GMEI camp, works on the logistics of access to the mining claims, drill program logistics, storage of drill cores and equipment, labour, and the maintenance of equipment. He is also experienced in aiding with VLF surveys, and other geological work.

Other

The Company’s administration, online security monitoring, and the graphics and website personnel are sub-contracted, and the Company is pleased that they will continue to provide valuable ongoing services to GMEI.

During peak exploration programs, GMEI contracts many other companies and consultants for projects such as diamond core drilling, geophysical survey, prospecting, claim staking, roads and bridges, line cutting, heavy equipment line clearing, residence and camp housing, staff training, scientific sampling and analysis, drill core cutting, GIS and database management, report writing, and general labourers.
